  • We will provide you with flexibility and choice regarding dates and times for booking
  • Any additional or special requirements will be confirmed with you at the point of booking
  • We will fully explain and give clear practical advice to help you understand the work required, this can then be confirmed in writing upon request
  • Any charges for diagnostic or exploratory work will be confirmed as will our cancellation policy
  • Estimates and quotations can be provided upon request and before any work is carried out
  • Accepted methods of payment will be confirmed prior to any work commencing
  • Replacement parts can be made available for you to view and examine upon request
  • You will be informed of the duration of any warranty or guarantee and how to utilise it
  • We will agree parts to be used with you
  • The quality of any subcontracted work remain our responsibility
  • Pricing will be clear and inclusive of parts, labour, VAT and any other additional charges
  • A fixed price will be agreed in advance and final invoices will reflect this
  • Final invoicing will be clear and inclusive of parts, labour, VAT and any additional charges
  • All elements of work undertaken will be explained in full upon collection/delivery
  • Once our explanation of work is complete payment will be due
  • We ensure all our staff are competent to carry out the work within their responsibilities
  • Trainees will be appropriately supervised by a competent member of staff
  • Appropriate equipment is used to carry out the work we undertake
  • In the event of a complaint, please notify our customer relation representative and immediate action will be taken in-line with the Code of Practice procedures
